Responsibilities:
•Working with clients to analyze requirements & deploy Fortinet Products and Support
• Working with 3rd party integrations as required by solutions deliverables either through OOB or
Tailoring when needed.
• Successfully work with project’s team throughout complete project lifecycle.
• Ensure client’s satisfaction.
• Contribute in presales activities (POCs, Demos… etc.) as needed.
• Work with clients to support their current install base of solutions.
• Ensure proper project status reporting as agreed with the project manager & the client.
• Ensure proper flow of tasks scheduled as per the project plan and highlight any risks of delays or
show stoppers immediately to the project manager.
Experience:
• 3 Years in similar role
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent
